The scope of a cash management diagnosis can be limited to special topics, for instance your bank terms, the quality of your cash management software or the selection of a new software. It can also be defined as a complete check-up of cash management in your company or group. In any case, the question is: how to decrease your working capital needs and improve your cash management?
This diagnostic may take several days or several weeks, depending on the scope of the analysis and on the size of your company.
The diagnosis ends with a report, which is not limited to the description of system’s weaknesses. It also proposes appropriate workable technical solutions, an action plan defined with you and quantifies cash revenues at stake that can be achieved.

Swake offers two implementation services:
The first one is the implementation of its own recommendations, defined in a previous diagnosis.
In this case, Swake is prime contractor and fully manages the project, thus is responsible for the results.
The second is to provide your “by yourself-defined” cash management project with additional resources. In this case Swake provides the specific organizational or technical services you need ( like implementing organizational procedures, defining forecast methods, organizing cash pooling, payments and collection, implementing cash management softwares and interfaces...).
